Biography
Dr. Eduardo Alvares Dainesi was graduated at the Bauru School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo – Brazil, in 1986. He worked as a general dentist in private practice for 5 years. He was approved for the Master Program in Orthodontics at Bauru School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo – Brazil, in 1992 and finishing it in 1995 with the presentation and publication of the work titled "Nickel Hypersensitivity in orthodontic patients". He was approved in this same year for the PhD Program in Orthodontics in Bauru School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo – Brazil. The PhD degree came in 1998 with the presentation, defense and publication of the work titled "Soft profile changes in young people with extreme facial types, from 8 to 18 years old". In 2000, Dr. Dainesi was accepted to the Post Doctoral program in orthodontics by the University of São Paulo, becoming the first one to obtain a Post Doctoral degree in Orthodontics from the University of São Paulo, in 2002. Dr. Eduardo Dainesi acts as Post-graduate Programs Director. Guest speaker in several National and International Courses. Co-worker of the book "Atlas of Craniofacial Growth" (Editora Santos). Author of several articles published in national and international periodicals. Clinical and scientific consultant of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics Dental Press; Orthodontic Science and Practice; Implant Innovations Journal, Journal of Applied Oral Science, and Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Journal. Director of E.Orto – Post-graduate Programs in Dentistry, in Bauru / SP / Brazil. He has worked in private practice as orthodontist more than 20 years
