Romania is located in the south eastern region of European country and is known for the forested region of Transylvania, also ringed by the Carpathian Mountains. Romania’s preserved medieval town include Sighişoara, and there are fortified churches and castles, mostly clifftop Bran Castle and long associated with the Dracula legend. Bucharest is the capital of Romania, where megalomanic monuments, including "House of the People" (now called as the Palace of Parliament), was built during the Ceauşescu's regime.
This country is one of the most religious countries in Europe, and the most Orthodox church is omnipresent. We must Roamania to visit some churches and monasteries for their beauty and history. Over the last few decades Romania had undergone a major significant development and now it’s one of the recent members of the European Union. Tourists and many foreigners from western countries will still, even today, enjoy some surprising and beautiful experiences in Romania. This is one of the large countries that will be different with contrasts like some cities are truly Western Europe and some of the villages in Romania can seem to have been brought back from the past few decades. But it has a unique cultural similarity with other Balkan states and it is regarded as unique due to its strong Latin heritage.
